Growing Up Years Journal

Share

Everyone wants to leave a piece of themselves behind. Easier said than done, right?

The memory journals I purchased for my parents when my first child was born went unused. Too overwhelming and complicated, according to my parents.

I knew there had to be a gentler, more manageable way to help people record their life stories; which is why I created the Easy Family History Journal series.

The first volume in the series, The Growing Up Years, is  available now on Amazon.com for $10.95.

This volume concentrates only on the first part of our lives. It touches on school, family, friends, music, dating, and more.

The 30+ prompts are conversational and friendly; and written with all ages in mind. And there are plenty of lined pages for users to tell their stories.

Here’s one of the prompts:  Who was your favorite high school teacher? Mine was an English teacher who treated us like adults instead of like kids. He was one of the first adults to help me see that my actions had consequences. Nearly everyone that had him lived him. Now tell about your favorite high school teacher. What made him or her your most favorite?

You can see more of the prompts with the Look Inside feature on Amazon.com.

This journal is a wonderful gift for parents, grandparents, other family members, and even friends.

Email me, please!  I’d like to have your feedback about The Growing Up Years or answer any questions you have.
